My salesman, Jon Dugan, stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. When the vehicle arrived I purchased an upgraded protection package and was not able to drive it home that day. Jon delivered the car to my home the next day and gave me all the vehicle demonstration info at my house. Extremely helpful, courteous and customer service oriented. As for the Randy Kuehl dealership in general, I really appreciate that I didn't have to go through a process of a lot of pushy sales tactics. The deal was straight forward from start to finish. The dealership building was very clean and comfortable as well. Highly recommend! More
