I had the pleasure of working with Trent Pearson who is extremely knowledgeable, patient and has a good sense of humor. He responded quickly to my follow up questions - both phone and email - and his expertise helped me choose the right car for me. There were no high pressure tactics, and I felt Trent worked very hard to get me a great deal on the Accord. I would definitely recommend Trent to anyone looking to purchase a car. They had not looked at it when we called a 3:00 PM. They called at 3:30 PM and told my wife "it definitely needs an alignment, but the machine is broken". According to them, the machine was broken the day before, so it would have been nice to have called us, or maybe even say something when we dropped it off. We won't be back. More

We were just as satisfied with the service we received during the purchase of our Pilot. Chanin Dirks was great to work with, provided necessary information and experience to help us make our final decision. He was honest and personable and made the whole process go very smoothly. My only disappointment was the quality of the detail/cleaning of the vehicle before resale. I know I run the risk with buying used, but I would have expected the little things to have been cleaned up a bit more. More

We called 4-5 months ago when we initially got the airbag recall notice & were told the part would be ordered & they would call when it came in. After receiving continued notices about the recall I called again to find out what was taking so long. The gentleman checked and said the part had come in and we could bring it in any time. Was disappointed I had to follow up again (rather than getting a call from them that it had come in) and that it took so long from the time of our initial call, especially since it's a safety issue. More
