The service department does not respect the customer's time. We scheduled an appointment to get an alignment on our Honda Accord. My wife dropped off the car at 9:20 AM. They had not looked at it when we called a 3:00 PM. They called at 3:30 PM and told my wife "it definitely needs an alignment, but the machine is broken". According to them, the machine was broken the day before, so it would have been nice to have called us, or maybe even say something when we dropped it off. We won't be back. More

My only disappointment was the quality of the detail/cleaning of the vehicle before resale. I know I run the risk with buying used, but I would have expected the little things to have been cleaned up a bit more. More

We called 4-5 months ago when we initially got the airbag recall notice & were told the part would be ordered & they would call when it came in. After receiving continued notices about the recall I called again to find out what was taking so long. The gentleman checked and said the part had come in and we could bring it in any time. Was disappointed I had to follow up again (rather than getting a call from them that it had come in) and that it took so long from the time of our initial call, especially since it's a safety issue.
