My very First Honda I have been a long time Subaru enthusiast since 1980. It never occurred to me to even consider another import, that is until I went car shopping with my son,the Honda enthusiast, who was trading in his older Honda Civic for a new Honda. And that's how I found myself in the Honda showroom looking at the beautiful CRV my son was about to buy with the help of Trent Pearson. Trent doesn't "sell" you a vehicle, he follows your lead and provides the details and knowledge of the vehicle to help you make the decision. He did such a great job, I went back four days later and bought my own CRV....trading in my beloved 07 Legacy for my very first Honda. He was the only one available when I called with a question. He would not help me with the answer, told me to look through my paperwork. I could not find the paper he was referring to, so I looked up the info on google and found the answers I needed on my own...Not good for customer relations. More
