Emergency Averted Had a problem with the front end of my car vibrating whenever I got up to +40MPH. Came in on a Friday with no appointment and explained my situation. Had a problem with the front end of my car vibrating whenever I got up to +40MPH. Came in on a Friday with no appointment and explained my situation. David, my point of contact, said that he would get it in as soon as possible and that he would call Enterprise if I needed pickup. Fortunately, he was able to get a service tech (I don't know the Tech's name nor can I find his picture on the dealership site) to do a ride along with me to make sure that we were all on the same page. The tech was courteous and patient when listening to my concerns and took my worries seriously. The tech found the problem (an excess of asphalt sticking to the front driver side tire) when we got back and cleaned it all off. David was upfront with me and made sure I understood what was going on at all times. At the end, David waived the diagnostic fee and I was on my way worry free. If it weren't for David and the service tech, I would still be pulling my hair out. Both men were professional and succinct. More
Total Service with Trent & Service Department I had been on the market for a while and came across a CR-V at Randy Kuehl. Trent took us out to see the car, and when we got in for a test drive he s I had been on the market for a while and came across a CR-V at Randy Kuehl. Trent took us out to see the car, and when we got in for a test drive he said, "I'll just sit in the back and be quiet and let you guys listen to the car." My wife and I knew we had a special salesman on our hands at this point. As the process moved forward, Trent did whatever he could to be available with my busy schedule to help me test the car and have a mechanic check it out. Randy Kuehl went above and beyond my requests when there were a few issues with the used car I was interested in. They fixed it all, and then some! And Trent was there the whole way, never pressuring or forcing a car on us, just helping us make a decision. So we bought the car for a great price and couldn't be happier! More

The worst experience I have experienced so far in the dealer The receptionist is the rudest and worst staff I have met so far in Randy Kuehl Honda. I bought the car and did all services from Randy Kuehl Honda. The receptionist is the rudest and worst staff I have met so far in Randy Kuehl Honda. I bought the car and did all services from Randy Kuehl Honda. Every time I came to car service, all staff will tell me what my record was and recommended the right car service I should do. This time, when I came in, I did not feel welcome by this staff. He did not tell me anything about the car and showed very impatient. I asked him if they have some coupon for oil change and he said no. Actually, the dealership always (not all time) have some discount. I tried to find a coupon on line. Then he started the process and I am waiting for the car and searching the coupon. I found the coupon and showed him when he came to tell me the car is ready. But he told me that they did not do tire rotation for me and I can not use the coupon. I asked why they did not do tire rotation and he said I did not ask. I told him due to my record, I should do tire rotation and the staff will always suggest me to do that when I came. He said that we can do it if you want to wait for until 5pm (It was 10:30 am). He was rude and stared at me. The next staff explained to me that I could avoid the tire rotation this time because my tire is still good. But how could I know before the inspection. Anyway, the next staff was nice and I appreciated his help. The first staff even shouted at me. It is my first time met this guy in this dealership. The second staff was good and I do remember that he helped me a couple of times. Actually, I am considering to buy another car and I am thinking about this dealership. This experience really prevented me considering. More
