Lady in distress I recently had the most pleasant experience with this dealership. I had inadavertently turned a corner too short and got hung up on the curb. In trying to get away from the curb I accidentally tore off my mud guard and loosened the fender liner. The liner was rubbing on my tire so I went straight to Honda for help. I went in immediately to customer service and explained the problem. The service rep checked out my situation and said no problem we can get this fixed. I did not have an appointment but he penciled me in and got me in anyway so I could get back to work. Less than an hour later everything was fixed and I wasn't even charged any labor. Now, that is service!!! I was only half an hour late in getting back to work. Everyone was super and got me out of there as fast as they could which I really appreciated. More
