oldie but goodie I came in for my routine oil change and I can tell you they haven't updated a thing in years like the newer dealerships, but the one thing that has ch I came in for my routine oil change and I can tell you they haven't updated a thing in years like the newer dealerships, but the one thing that has changed is the service. Adolfo and Chris were great and helpful in getting my touch up paint and servicing my Honda. It's great to see such professional and kind young men unlike some places that don't seem to care if you give then your business or not. Overall I'll keep coming back, and maybe they'll surprise me and update a few things. More

We were able to negotiate to where I felt comfortable w/ an out the door price. I prefer not to spend my hours in the dealership so was happy that they were able to accommodate. Things went smoothly even w/ a very new salesmen. The reason I did not rate 5 stars is that I was surprised that the sales manager/owner did not introduce themselves to my wife and I. He was present the day of purchase, but made no effort to know who we were. This is our second Honda and we will probably own more. Also the vehicle was not detailed in & out prior to purchase. I think that should be standard w/ any dealership. When you pay $30k + for a vehicle it's my expectation that the vehicle would be detailed for delivery. More

He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. We made several trips to test drive and still no pressure. We tentatively set up an option to buy and because of issues at home delayed the purchase. Trent made sure our deal was to continue for a period of time. He was always available to answer questions and help in anyway. Everything progressed smoothly and we were able to finalized the purchase. My salesman Mark Hoyer was great, and went I am very happy i chose Randy Kuehl Honda. I shopped around for about 2 weeks, and kept going back to them.
