Adolfo was on the phone and also working with the technicians but took the time to explain everything to me in detail concerning the parts that I would need for my pilot. I could tell he was really busy, running around like a chicken with his head off and any other place would have rushed me out the door. Randy Kuehl proved me wrong, they not only beat fords price by $3000 plus but they put me in a much better vehicle with a lot more features. They will be my first stop next time we buy. The only thing we hated was the high pressure selling in the finance office for extra warranties , seemed upset when we turned them down. More
