Johnathan Geiger in Service is always very professional and friendly, so I prefer working with him. Regular oil changes are done well, are the cheapest in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area (especially with the coupon they send out in the mail), and are a great value for the quality work you get. Other maintenance service (e.g. 60k service) can seem expensive, but this is the case for every dealer and it does costs less at Randy Kuehl. I found Randy Kuehl's technicians do a great job and do it right the first time, so I can trust my vehicle won't need to come back the next day for the same issue or a suspiciously new issue (unlike crappy shops who mess things up to increase business). More
