Randy Kuehl Honda responded

The customer came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was completed but the tire rotation was inadvertently overlooked and was not completed. The service consultant apologized and asked the customer for the car keys in order to perform the service. The customer refused to let him do so, instead the customer entered the showroom and asked to speak with the owner and was informed that the owner was not in today. The customer was asked to leave his contact information so the dealership could follow up with them, but they refused. Occasionally mistakes are made and we work with our customers to rectify them and satisfy everyone involved. We have to have the opportunity to do that and in this instance that was not the case.

A GOOD service shop does the work right the first time! It is UNACCEPTABLE for any service shop to return a vehicle filled with dirt! MISTAKES are one thing...DO OVERS for inappropriate treatment and business dealings don't happen in my world! I'll find a competent service shop!
