They also checked all the inspection points and gave me a heads up on the next major service that will be coming up for my vehicle in the Fall. More

Even after my husband accidentally shut his finger in the hood and he was bleeding! Lol. The billing office explained everything well and I feel like we walked out with confidence in the decision. This is my very first new car ever and will be happy to come back again for service and more car buying! More

What I liked in dealing with my salesperson, Matt Smith, and Quentin in Finance is the fact they are good listeners, caring about what I want. Matt showed me the differences between the two CR-V models I was considering and then let me make the decision without trying to upsell me to something I didn't want. He was kind and honest with me. After I made a decision, Quentin was great in helping with with the paperwork and presenting additional options without pressuring me about them. My son and daughter-in-law have bought two vehicles from Matt in the past and were the ones who suggested I see him. I'm so thankful they did. More

It was determined at that time that there were two leaks. One of the leaks included replacing a couple large bolts for around $500 and the other was replacing the rear main seal for around $1200. We chose to fix the cheaper one first and after we got the vehicle home the oil was leaking much worse. We scheduled an appointment on a Monday for the rear main seal and they said it would take a day to fix. I brought the car in on Monday and they said they would call to confirm it was the rear main seal and expect it to be done by the end of the day. No one called, so I called at noon and they said they were fixing it and it would be done by the end of the day. No one called so my wife got dropped off after work to pick up the car. The car wasn't done and then my wife had to find a ride home. The technician said it would be done on Tuesday for sure. We wife got dropped off again and it wasn't done. They said they broke something while fixing it but no one called to tell us. My wife was given a loaner vehicle thankfully because we wouldn't be seeing our car for a while. On Wednesday the parts guy called and said they had to order a replacement part for the part they broke. He said it would be in on Thursday. I called the technician back and he said it would be done on Thursday. I called back later on Thursday and they said it would be done Friday for sure. I called again on Friday to confirm it would be done and they said it would now be Saturday by 10:00 a.m. We received a call at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday saying our car was done. We were out of town so couldn't get the vehicle until Monday. We picked up our vehicle and drove it home. As it was sitting in our garage I noticed a smell and a lot of fluid on our garage floor. I figured out that it was transmission fluid and checked the dip stick. It was empty, so I realized it had all leaked out. Somehow they didn't fix something correctly so I had to call a tow truck to get it sent back to them. They fixed it and it is not leaking now but I hope this incident did not ruin our transmission. Our salesperson was polite, attentive, and most importantly took initiative. He didn’t try to talk us into a car we didn’t want, but fit us into the car we were looking for. He answered our questions rather than put us off with vague replies as had been our experience at other dealerships. From the first we felt that he was working on our behalf instead of on behalf of himself or the company. It’s not easy these days to find a dealership and staff that works so hard to put their customers first. We are very happy with our purchase and love our new Honda Civic. More
