John Geiger is AMAZING! he explained everything to me and also followed up and called whe this happened to be an extended warranty issue with odyssey. I purchased the car at Randy Kuehl Honda and had all the regular maintenance performed there. With 12 years of great experiences with the dealership, that is the first place I went when looking to replace old Blue with a new Honda Pilot. My wife and I met with Adolfo and he was able to find exactly the vehicle I was looking for at a very competitive price. He kept us informed as to the delivery schedule of the vehicle and followed up with us several times after we took delivery to make sure we were satisfied with it. When my wife's car needs replacement in a couple years, we will be back to Randy Kuehl Honda to look for the next one. Hats off to Adolfo and the crew there. More
