They did not have the color we wanted but he was able to locate the vehicle within the same week. They are low pressure and were by far the best deal around. They don't have the extra overhead to pay for like some other dealerships. They operate a family operation and it feels like that through the entire experience. We'll definitely be back! More

Solid sales experience; finance office could use some help I brought my 2005 Civic in for some service, but decided to check out the newer Civics on the lot first. Breck was very helpful in suggesting several cars in my price range as I made it clear I was paying cash. At no time did I feel pressured to make a quick decision. After several test drives and discussing the value of my trade-in, we agreed on a reasonable price for a 2012 Civic LX. This is the climax of the story. Once we had agreed on a price, we were subjected to an awkward sales pitch in the finance office for extended warranties and the like. "If you say you're not interested in this extended warranty, I can offer you a discount" were some of the words out of the staff member's mouth during this sales pitch. After an extremely professional and productive sales floor experience, the 30-45 minutes spent in the business office could have easily been cut in half and with a bit more pizzazz. Overall, it was a positive experience and I'd recommend Randy Kuehl to others. More

We purchased the car we traded in three years ago from a mega-dealer and were never satisfied so we decided to travel the 25 miles to Cedar Rapids and check out Randy Kuehl Honda. From the moment I first contacted Andy at Randy Kuehl via the internet I sensed a person I could trust. When my wife and I went to test drive a new CRV we both recognized the honesty and sincerity in Andy and his colleagues. He knows the product he is selling and answered all our questions but was never pushy in any way. When it came time to settle on a price he didn't play games, we negotiated a fair price in short order. They needed to find a CRV meeting our specifications at another dealer (which only took a few days) and Andy kept me fully informed of their progress. When we picked-up the new vehicle is was again a smooth process with Andy explaining all the technology to us and synced up my phone. Randy Kuehl Honda may not have a new, glitzy showroom like the mega-dealers but they have honest and caring employees and cheaper prices.
