My wife and I were in the market for another vehicle and we visited on a Saturday afternoon. We drove 3 used cars and looked at a new Accord. Our salesman, Mark Hoyer, was very patient and was more than willing to let us take as much time as we needed to make a decision - we never felt pressured or made to feel that we were wasting his time when it was pretty clear early on that we weren't going to purchase anything on that afternoon. We visited another dealership to look at another couple of cars and then went home to think about our next move. We thought it over and then returned on Monday to drive and ultimately buy a new Accord. The Accord is a great value for reliable, safe transportation that is loaded with standard features and that makes it fun to drive - it compares favorably in features and price to everything we looked at. Once we decided on a Honda it was a very easy decision to purchase from Mark and Randy Kuehl. We were treated fairly at Randy Kuehl and at no time felt pressured or that we there was any kind of bait and switch going on. We are so happy with our new car. We had never been to this dealership before and really didn't know much about them. Trent sat down with us to get a background of what we were looking for and to get to know us a little better. We test drove a 2006 Honda Accord, and of course, my daughter fell in love with it (as did I). However, before the test drive, Trent took the time to actually show her where everything was and what each button did - I mean, who does that? That was wonderful, and she even mentioned how much more relaxing it was knowing where things were BEFORE she needed the wipers, lights, etc. We got back to the dealership and decided we wanted this car. Trent pulled it up on the computer, but it was a different price than what we had seen just an hour or so ago. Long story short (too late, I know!) they honored the internet price that we had seen, and we had a new car. We came back the next day to sign papers and pick up the car. We worked with BRENDA HAYES in the business office, and she was nothing but professional and very, very nice. Again, Trent did what no other sales person has ever done and actually went over the "condensed manual" with my daughter. She was impressed, as again, these were things she knew in the back of her mind but had never really been shown. I don't know if this would take place with a more experienced car buyer just for the fact that it would probably not be necessary, but it was very reassuring to both my daughter and me. Andy was upfront and honest about how they do business, and he treated me with total respect. The signing process could not have been any easier, and a short time later I was driving off the lot in a beautiful new car knowing that I bought it from the right people. So after shopping around I found a 2011 Accord that I liked and met with Andy to talk about it. After seeing the terms of what my financing were they asked if they could run their own numbers to see if they could get a better offer. For almost the same monthly payment and loan term and an almost 3% rate I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Accord! More

Our salesman Mark Hoyer was pleasant and patient with us. Once we decided which CRV we wanted it was down to business. We were so glad that we did not get the run around and have the store manger come out and give us some line how they just can not do the price you want and make you feel sick to your stomach, all the going back and fourth. We did not have any of that happen! We were given a price, made our offer, Mark checked with his manger and came back to shake our hand, Welcome to the Honda Family he said. No buyers remorse here. These people were great! I came into the dealership looking for a 2014 Honda Civic Coupe EX with a manual transmission. There wasn't one on the lot but Chanin worked harder t I came into the dealership looking for a 2014 Honda Civic Coupe EX with a manual transmission. There wasn't one on the lot but Chanin worked harder than anyone I know to find me one. He kept me posted on his progress everyday. It took a little while but he found me one and it is awesome!! When I went in to pick it up, everyone was amazing. Chanin explained to me all of the features and answered all of my questions. Brenda was also very helpful during the financing process.
