He was also very willing to communicate via email and was very prompt at responding. The person that we met with to sign the paperwork in purchasing the vehicle was not very pleasant overall. He seemed offended that we did not take the dealership up on their "insurance" offers to extend the warranties, etc. Othere than that, the overall experience was very pleasant and we would recommend this dealership, and Matt in particular to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. My wife and I were in the market for another vehicle If you are in the market for a new or used car you owe to yourself to give Randy Kuehl a chance. My wife and I were in the market for another vehicle and we visited on a Saturday afternoon. We drove 3 used cars and looked at a new Accord. Our salesman, Mark Hoyer, was very patient and was more than willing to let us take as much time as we needed to make a decision - we never felt pressured or made to feel that we were wasting his time when it was pretty clear early on that we weren't going to purchase anything on that afternoon. We visited another dealership to look at another couple of cars and then went home to think about our next move. We thought it over and then returned on Monday to drive and ultimately buy a new Accord. The Accord is a great value for reliable, safe transportation that is loaded with standard features and that makes it fun to drive - it compares favorably in features and price to everything we looked at. Once we decided on a Honda it was a very easy decision to purchase from Mark and Randy Kuehl. We were treated fairly at Randy Kuehl and at no time felt pressured or that we there was any kind of bait and switch going on. We are so happy with our new car. Trent Pearson / Brenda Hayes My daughter and I were looking online at used cars and found one that would potentially fit our budget, so on a rainy afternoon we went to the dealers My daughter and I were looking online at used cars and found one that would potentially fit our budget, so on a rainy afternoon we went to the dealership and spoke with TRENT PEARSON about it. We had never been to this dealership before and really didn't know much about them. Trent sat down with us to get a background of what we were looking for and to get to know us a little better. We test drove a 2006 Honda Accord, and of course, my daughter fell in love with it (as did I). However, before the test drive, Trent took the time to actually show her where everything was and what each button did - I mean, who does that? That was wonderful, and she even mentioned how much more relaxing it was knowing where things were BEFORE she needed the wipers, lights, etc. We got back to the dealership and decided we wanted this car. Trent pulled it up on the computer, but it was a different price than what we had seen just an hour or so ago. Long story short (too late, I know!) they honored the internet price that we had seen, and we had a new car. We came back the next day to sign papers and pick up the car. We worked with BRENDA HAYES in the business office, and she was nothing but professional and very, very nice. Again, Trent did what no other sales person has ever done and actually went over the "condensed manual" with my daughter. She was impressed, as again, these were things she knew in the back of her mind but had never really been shown. I don't know if this would take place with a more experienced car buyer just for the fact that it would probably not be necessary, but it was very reassuring to both my daughter and me. The next time we need a vehicle, RKH will be the first place we stop! More

Andy Schueler provided me with a quote so good, I was admittedly cautious, as I figured they would sneak in costs on the back end. That was not the case. Andy was upfront and honest about how they do business, and he treated me with total respect. The signing process could not have been any easier, and a short time later I was driving off the lot in a beautiful new car knowing that I bought it from the right people. Randy Kuehl Honda completely eradicated any negative feelings I ever had about car dealers. Andy Schueler treated this car buying novice with total respect and made the car buying process easier than I ever imagined.
