He was patient, friendly, polite and not at all pushy. He did not try to put down other vehicles from other dealers. He was also very willing to communicate via email and was very prompt at responding. The person that we met with to sign the paperwork in purchasing the vehicle was not very pleasant overall. He seemed offended that we did not take the dealership up on their "insurance" offers to extend the warranties, etc. Othere than that, the overall experience was very pleasant and we would recommend this dealership, and Matt in particular to anyone interested in purchasing a new car.
