We were in the market for a new vehicle. We visited three dealerships initially for test drives and to have any questions regarding the vehicles explained to us. We found the salesperson we worked with (Mark Hoyer) to be very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. I test drove the vehicle in the morning and brought my wife back in the afternoon to drive it. He arranged for us to take it home in the evening for further evaluation. We came back the next morning to begin the negotiation process. Mark was very easy to work with. We worked out a fair offer that we were satisfied with. He explained things very clearly to us during the entire process. We worked with Brenda Hayes in the finance department. She was, like Mark, very professional,, courteous and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained all of the details to us. We are very satisfied with the entire experience at Randy Kuehl Honda. Car buying at times can be somewhat stressful -- we did not find this to be the case here. We will highly recommend this dealership to any of our family and/or friends. More

I had my mind set to purchase a new Honda Crosstour and had done my research as well as discussed deals with a different dealership when I decided to stop in to Randy Kuehl Honda. I explained what i was looking for, what I was willing to compromise on and the deal I had on the table from another dealership. Nate quickly got me aquainted with Brian. I was upfront and honest with Brian about the deal I had on the table and the fact that it was my intention to purchase a new vehicle on this day. Brian was very kind and open in communication. He wasn't at all pushy or arrogant it attempting to sell me a car. The 3 of us were quickly able to come to a fantastic deal and I was on my way to owning my first brand new car! Brian offered me the "extras" etc and I kindly refused and that was that! He didn't waste either of our time trying to change my mind. This was much appreciated! There were a few things I was not expecting when I stopped by Randy Kuehl Honda after work one day - 1) I did not expect to buy a used van the day after accidentally finding it on the internet. 2) I stopped by Randy Kuehl Honda after work one day - 1) I did not expect to buy a used van the day after accidentally finding it on the internet. 2) I did not expect to get a fair trade for my existing van 3) I did not expect the dealer to take care of a couple of issues as part of the purchase. However, Trent Pearson's enthusiasm for Honda vehicles was really pretty awesome, and I have to admit that enthusiasm really did help convince me to make the purchase. Also, I came in late after work one day to look at the van, and both Trent and Nate stayed late to answer any questions and to congratulate us when we finally decided to buy the van. They also gave a fair trade for our existing van without having to go back and beg for a better deal. I was very skeptical when they told me that the service department would take care of a couple of issues that were found with the van that we were buying. Trent had to reassure me a couple times that they really were going to take care of things, and he was right. Joel and the service team went above and beyond what I was hoping for them to do in order for me to feel comfortable with the purchase of a used van. After a couple days in their shop, our used van was looking like new, and my whole family likes the upgrade. More

A day later he came up with another deal and this one would work for me. All of the people I met in the dealership were very kind and pleasant.
