Several years ago I had tried to buy a car there and could not even get the sales men to talk to me. They had two cars on the internet I wanted to see and when I walked in Chanin was really super. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and helpful in comparing the different features for the different models as well as model years of the vehicle and engines. I mentioned to my husband I had stopped by Randy Kuehl, he could not believe it! I was very shocked again when my husband texted me that he stopped by on his way home from work and Chanin talk to him; he made an appointment so we could drive one of the cars. The experience was top notch. There was no pressure from Chanin. Chanin took the car into my mechanic and when we met to talk over the price all my concerns were already part of his deal. He was helpful and patient and I did not experience any typical salesman pressure. He got me into the great car that I wanted. I would recommend Randy Kuehl Honda to anyone interested. I would definitely buy from Chanin again. I will be my first stop next time for sure. More

We bought three used Honda cars on one month. My daughter got a Honda Accord Coupe V-6 with a moon roof and heated seats. My son got a Honda Accord Sedan. I got a 2012 Honda Civic Sedan Si, it was in great shape with everything working. My son in-law has a older Honda Civic. I got mine car because I wanted a car that gets real good mpg. It is rated at 30/39 mpg, on my first tank of gas I got 33.9 mpg. The biggest change is the cost of gas per tank, $30 instead of $60 each time I fill up. I feel good about getting a Honda. More

I received the car the day I drove it, it was serviced, clean and ready to go within a few hours of walking on the lot. The finance department ended up getting me a better rate for my car through my credit union than my credit union advertised. There were no high pressure sales. My salesman then took me back to introduce me to the service department and everyone was so pleasant. I got everything I asked for. I've bought several cars in my lifetime and this is by far the best buying experience I've ever had. I love my HONDA! More

I test drove the vehicle in the morning and brought my wife back in the afternoon to drive it. He arranged for us to take it home in the evening for further evaluation. We came back the next morning to begin the negotiation process. Mark was very easy to work with. We worked out a fair offer that we were satisfied with. He explained things very clearly to us during the entire process. We worked with Brenda Hayes in the finance department. She was, like Mark, very professional,, courteous and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained all of the details to us. We are very satisfied with the entire experience at Randy Kuehl Honda.
