The reception as I entered the dealership was warm and Chanin helped to find the best fit for my neeeds. I typically do not look forward to purchasing a venicle as the sales staff are typically high pressure and have their own interests in mind. This was not the case with Chanin. Chanin did not approach us with the typical pressure sales pitch. He asked questions to determine what we needed and proceeded to find a vehcile that aligned with our requirements. The service during the purchase and at the time of car delivery was absolutely outstanding. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to purchase a car from Chanin - he will make you feel welcome and do whatever it takes to get you in the vehicle that meets your needs. More
I had a 2007 CR-V and was very happy with it but decided to see about trading it in and was pleasantly surprised at the trade in value. When I came in to get my new CR-V, All features were explained and demonstrated to me by Matt. I was told if I had further questions I could come back in for extra guidance (Bluetooth). Working with Chanin and Breck was great. Chanin was very helpful, friendly, and was able to answer any questions I had. My experience with Randy Kuehl Honda was the complete opposite of your "nightmare" car helpful, friendly, and was able to answer any questions I had. We were greeted with a great attitude and a very well trained staff. No pressure was ever felt when we were talking with Trent and working on the deal which landed us with a 2013 Honda Ridgeline Truck. I have had many bad deals in the past with dealers of less then honest work, which my wife had just had happen to her at another dealership in this area and I wanted to ask the questions that maybe most people would not ask and both Trent and Breck answered with up most truth and no hiding the answers. I am telling anybody that wants to know I have found a dealership that you can feel good about when you are there talking to these two guys. I guess it's just old school. As a customer I'd like more privacy while buying a car...to much going on around me and my thoughts. Also was told by the salesman that the car had an aux port and during the final paperwork we found out there wasn't also during the test drive he said there was a 3 month 3000 mile warranty then be for we went into finance he told us he had made a mistake and that there was no warranty. Price was good, he showed me on his computer the cars value and what I'd purchased it for. Overall I'm happy with the vehicle. More

Most of the time at the dealership was spent with Matt Smith, who did an excellent job explaining everything, and I mean everything! He discussed leasing vs. purchasing the vehicle, took us for a test dr Smith, who did an excellent job explaining everything, and I mean everything! He discussed leasing vs. purchasing the vehicle, took us for a test drive, called my insurance company to get a copy of the insurance information, as I didn't have a current card with me, explained all features on the vehicle and made sure I understood how to use them. My son and I were somewhat undecisivie about what to do, and he was very patient and didn't rush us in any way to make a decision. He emailed me a day later to see how things were going. I really appreciate all of his assistance. Brian McDonnell did the finance paperwork, and I was pleased with the payment that I ended up with. He was also pleasant and helpful. More
