It was 10 degrees below zero. My accelerator froze up. I was staying next door at the hotel. Joel sent a guy over to check out my car. He then called for a tow truck. Chanin Dirks was very friendly and professional and provided me with purchase options on the existing vehicle and lease options on a new 2014 CR-V. In the long run it was cheaper to lease a new 2014 than to purchase our existing 2011. Chanin was very thorough in explaining all the features on the new CR-V to my wife and even assisted her in setting up her phone with the Bluetooth option. When it came out of the shadows of early morning the color was terrific, the price was right, the model was what we were looking for.
