Me and my wife susan stopped in to check out their used vehicles. We liked the 06 Explorer they had on the lot. We had drove an 05 Envoy at another dealer and liked it also. But Rady Kuehl Honda was going vehicles. We liked the 06 Explorer they had on the lot. We had drove an 05 Envoy at another dealer and liked it also. But Rady Kuehl Honda was going to give us a better deal. Tha Explorer had less miles and was nicer and newer. So we planned to purchase the Explorer from Honda. They got us a good rate on our loan plus the extended warranty and gap insurance. Six days after we had purchased the Explorer the brakes and the instrument cluster went out. I spoke with Breck Calame about the problem and Honda took care of the problems at a small cost. If they will go to that extreme then i will deal with them again. We just purchased our third Honda Pilot from Randy Kuehl. This was probably the easiest sale we have had there. We told Mike to give us the best price because they only had one shot at the sale--we don't negotiate back and forth. He came back with a price that we accepted and went home with a 2013 Pilot even though we were really only looking. We also have had 4 Honda Civics and have had them serviced at Randy Kuehl and have always been taken care of in a courteous and professional manner. More

The sales staff was helpful and willing to let us go home and have a couple days to talk over what we wanted to buy. We appreciated not being pressured to make a decision on the spot. More

I wanted the new 2013 Honda Accord for several reasons, but felt I could not have it for due to financial reasons. Matt Smith knew how I felt. About a week ago, he called me at work during the morning and invited me to have lunch and I agreed. He showed up in the new 2013 Honda Accord (the I admired....which had just arrived at the dealership) and asked me to drive it to Oyama's for sushi. I ended up with more than sushi for lunch. Mid afternoon, he called me at my office and gave me a breakdown of how he had worked out the financial picture with Mr. Nate Kuehl so I could move from my 2011 Accord to the new one. I was surprised and more than pleased. Then complications began which had nothing to do with Randy Kuehl Honda. I was certain my excitement and the chance to have the car I wanted, and had agreed to purchase, were ruined. Even in my sadness, Matt Smith called me the next morning at work just to say hello. (His insight into people is amazing.) To make a long and messy story shorter, I appreciate the tenacity of Matt Smith and the million hoops Nate Kuehl jumped through to assist me and solve all my problems (which were not theirs to solve) so that I could get my gorgeous car! I am enjoying every day driving my 2013 Accord to work now. It's a gorgeous car. By the way, the driver's seat is wonderful and the "high tech" stuff which I thought would intimidate me, is very intuitive so I am not overwhelmed at all....except by the outstanding and amazing service from Matt Smith and Nate Kuehl! More
