I wanted the new 2013 Honda Accord for several reasons, but felt I could not have it for due to financial reasons. Matt Smith knew how I felt. He showed up in the new 2013 Honda Accord (the I admired....which had just arrived at the dealership) and asked me to drive it to Oyama's for sushi. I ended up with more than sushi for lunch. Mid afternoon, he called me at my office and gave me a breakdown of how he had worked out the financial picture with Mr. Nate Kuehl so I could move from my 2011 Accord to the new one. I was surprised and more than pleased. Then complications began which had nothing to do with Randy Kuehl Honda. I was certain my excitement and the chance to have the car I wanted, and had agreed to purchase, were ruined. Even in my sadness, Matt Smith called me the next morning at work just to say hello. (His insight into people is amazing.) To make a long and messy story shorter, I appreciate the tenacity of Matt Smith and the million hoops Nate Kuehl jumped through to assist me and solve all my problems (which were not theirs to solve) so that I could get my gorgeous car! I am enjoying every day driving my 2013 Accord to work now. It's a gorgeous car. By the way, the driver's seat is wonderful and the "high tech" stuff which I thought would intimidate me, is very intuitive so I am not overwhelmed at all....except by the outstanding and amazing service from Matt Smith and Nate Kuehl! More

The whole experience was great. I wasn't sure about getting a loan because I have some credit issues due to student loans but they were able to help me out. Brian helped me find the car that would fit my needs; I explained what we needed it for, the budget we had and he found a couple that would work. There was no sugar coating, no mumbo jumbo: just an honest analysis of the situation with a friendly smile and empathetic ear. When it came time to do the paper work I wanted things explained to me because my signature was going on it; there was no rush or fluff - they told me exactly what I was signing. Everyone in the dealership was really friendly and acknowledged my presence even though I wasn't working them. This dealership is great and I will definitely go back for any future purchases. They understood the situation I was in and didn't try to pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable with or couldn't afford and that really earned my respect. More

I stopped by the dealership to look at cars and met Chanin Dirks. We talked a few minutes and he gave me some great information. I went home and shopped online through USAA car buying service. There was a dealership in West Burlington that offered a specific good price on the Honda Civic we wanted in the color my wife desired. I called Chanin and asked if they had anything like the car we wanted in stock and whether they would honor the price from USAA. Chanin said they would honor the price and he offered a couple other things to sweeten the deal. They gave me an additional $500 off for being a veteran and they included the mud flaps and door protectors. My wife and I headed over to the dealership where she test drove her new car and we finalized the paperwork. We were very happy with how we were treated and the deal we received. My wife had just been in to get our other car a Civic Hybrid serviced the day before and as always they made sure her old car now my car was well taken care of and in great running order for winter. The folks at Randy Kuehl have always treated us great and we will continue to do business with them. I highly recommend buying a Honda and the Randy Kuehl team for both the sale and service after. I came in panicked because my car broke down and I wasn't sure I would be able to afford to buy a new car with a good interest rate due to my credit.
