Me and my wife susan stopped in to check out their used vehicles. We liked the 06 Explorer they had on the lot. We had drove an 05 Envoy at another dealer and liked it also. But Rady Kuehl Honda was going vehicles. We liked the 06 Explorer they had on the lot. We had drove an 05 Envoy at another dealer and liked it also. But Rady Kuehl Honda was going to give us a better deal. Tha Explorer had less miles and was nicer and newer. So we planned to purchase the Explorer from Honda. They got us a good rate on our loan plus the extended warranty and gap insurance. Six days after we had purchased the Explorer the brakes and the instrument cluster went out. I spoke with Breck Calame about the problem and Honda took care of the problems at a small cost. If they will go to that extreme then i will deal with them again. We just purchased our third Honda Pilot from Randy Kuehl. This was probably the easiest sale we have had there. Unfortunately they were short handed and we waited an hour for our vehicle to be test driven This was probably the easiest sale we have had there.
