The test driving and the entire sales experience went very well. What wasn't fully explained was that the documentation that was given to us at the time of purchase couldn't be used to get the title, ev very well. We're currently waiting on the original documentation to be mailed to us so that we can submit the application for title to the DMV. The weatherstripping on the rear of the vehicle was also incorrectly installed, but the dealership is taking care of that for us. More
