Service was supposed to take 2 hours and it took 5, despite having an 8 AM appointment that apparently doesn't matter. They didn't call me to update me on the progress, so I had to call them to learn h despite having an 8 AM appointment that apparently doesn't matter. They didn't call me to update me on the progress, so I had to call them to learn how late they were running. They promised to have the shuttle pick me up at 1PM and yet no word from the shuttle driver so I had to call every 15 minutes to see if he was on his way. He finally showed up at 2:05, which made me late for an appointment. They never apologized despite having talked to me on the phone 6 times and knowing I would be late. I'll never do business there again. More
