I found myself in the Randy Kuehl service department twice this week. The first was an emergency pit stop for a tire issue while I was trying to get to Iowa City for an appointment. They got me right in, fixed the problem, and I made it to the appointment on time. The second was just an oil change but I didn't even have time to finish a cup of coffee.
