John Greiger was the Service Dept rep that I worked with. I also asked if they could check the car battery too. I did not have an appointment and the wait was reasonable. John explain that the keyless starter problem was still covered under warranty and my original battery failed the battery test. John had both issues taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. We purchased our Ridgeline in 2012 - it was a surprise anniversary present for my husband and the dealership was fantastic in making it happen - we are celebrating our 50th anniversary this year - since p anniversary present for my husband and the dealership was fantastic in making it happen - we are celebrating our 50th anniversary this year - since purchase my husband has early on dementia and no longer drives - our son is using the truck - he is located in Bondurant - during a recall service update he took the truck to another Honda dealership they priced out upkeep maintenance on the vehicle which seemed outlandish - I contacted Randy Kuehl Honda and they provided several options - we selected the ones that worked for us and they were able to accommodate the service in a very timely manner. This Ridgeline pickup was something that my husband dreamed in having for years and Randy Kuehl Honda Sales team was so helpful in making it happen - our service was always top notch when we had the truck and continues to be for our son. Really appreciate an auto dealership caring for their patrons as they have and do. As I was waiting to check out, I see that the service department can set up payments to assist people who may not have all the money for a service or that the service needed was pretty expensive very nice option.
