My tires were close to needing replaced. I asked to have the technician inspect for wear. If they needed replacing DO NOT rotate the tire. If they were good, rotate them. Two of the four tires needed replacing so the tires were rotated. At checkout I asked why the tires were rotated when I specifically asked them NOT to be rotated. The answer I got at check-out from the second customer service representative was, "your first intake customer service representative is at lunch. You'll have to ask him. I can sell you two new tires if you want." I paid the $17.00 tire rotation fee and went to Sam's Club to purchase four new tires. This issue could have been resolved if I was informed, while I waited for my car in the waiting area, that two of my tires needed replacing. Did I still want them to be rotated or not? Would I like to purchase two new tires? This is the sixth survey I've been asked to complete since this incident happened. I have never had a follow-up from the Service Department wanting to resolve the issue. It makes you wonder if these surveys are ever looked at. More

All my inter-actions with this dealership have been pleasant. While looking at cars to buy I went to 4 different dealers and Chris was the only salesman to approach me and ask if he could help me(it wa pleasant. While looking at cars to buy I went to 4 different dealers and Chris was the only salesman to approach me and ask if he could help me(it was a really nasty day day out). In spite of driving several different cars at the 3 other dealerships, I was impressed with the CRV I drove here.
