Let's be real, the markets suck right now. Interest rates are high, and rising. Supply and demand issues exist everywhere. Businesses are struggling, and some are outright taking advantage. Searching for a minivan this year has been a nightmare. I have been in contact with Honda dealers around Iowa and surrounding areas. There are some selling vehicles well over MSRP/book, calling it "Market Adjustment", or mandating the purchase of multi-thousand dollar dealer add-ons (eg protection packages, etc). Sure, businesses need to make money to stay in business... Less inventory= fewer sales = lower profits and commission, but many of these actions are simply predatory. Truthfully, I hate dealing with dealerships in general. Then comes Randy Kuehl Honda and their tenured sales rep, Chanin. Upon reaching out via email, I was provided straightforward and itemized quotes, at MSRP, with no hassle. Granted, I would love to haggle, that's just not in the cards for this market. Justin Mitchell I enjoyed working with you years ago, and I love how I was treated by your team now. Well done as the sales manager in keeping up an honest and straightforward environment; that is quite rare in the automotive industry. Thank you. PS - We are loving our 2023 Honda Odyssey Elite. More
Ask not to have the randy kuehl marketing sticker on trunk - they put it on anyway. Car was missing part and poor fit and finish - had to already take it to another dealer to get fixed. I was very impressed with Tim the moment my mom and I drove into the lot. Tim came out into the lot and asked if we needed help.
