To start, I dont do reviews unless I have exceptional or terrible service. In this case it was exceptional. I had gone to a different dealership.. and literally no one came out to talk to me. Tim however, c terrible service. In this case it was exceptional. I had gone to a different dealership.. and literally no one came out to talk to me. Tim however, came out in the rain talked to me about what I was looking for spent probably 2 hours walking me through various vehicles, showed me YouTube videos of a vehicle I was interested in as they didnt have one that was available as they were already sold- I never felt pressured to make a decision or felt that my indecisiveness was a issue. I did decide on a vehicle that day, and he made the process easy and kept me up to date as the vehicle was being built, and when it was arriving. I felt like I had all the information needed during the process, and never felt like I was waiting for the other shoe to drop if you will, during uncertain times and delays. It was an amazing experience and when its time for a new vehicle I will absolutely be back. Also, after getting my vehicle Tim sat with me and talked me through the safety features, helped me set everything up, and was patient through it all. If you are looking for a new car, come see Tim, hes great. More

Charged over $1000 to replace a part. The problem returned within 3 days (same symptoms). Was told a different part must have broken that would cost another $600 to replace. Very disappointed in how the service advisor handled the situation. No consideration given to whether the original diagnosis was correct. Not willing to spend the money, as I have no confidence that the new diagnosis is correct, or that something else will happen to "break" three days later. More

Tim was great with the no-pressure salesmanship and the weekly updates on projected delivery date of our new Passport. However, delivery could have been better – a new car should not have a bent door, and weekly updates on projected delivery date of our new Passport. However, delivery could have been better – a new car should not have a bent door, and this one did, even after the dealership installed the door edge guards. The delivery presentation garage is not well lit, and the west bay is not roomy enough to do a thorough walk-around inspection. No one encouraged us to do a careful inspection there, either, but I would recommend every new car buyer insist on it before driving away. It's sad to think that one should have to do that with a Honda. More
