"Helpful with my old van"

I have a 13 year old Honda Odyssey with 213K miles on it. It still drives well so don't really want to get rid of it - but also don't want to sink a bunch of $ into a car that old. The service technicians are helpful in explaining which fixes are critical (safety issues or lead to other bigger fixes) vs. which things I can probably go without fixing.

"They found a coupon"

We took our {Pilot in to check on a bad sensor. While there, service folks recommended we think about new tires since the tread on ours was getting low. We agreed, then service folks found a buy 3 - get one free coupon. Made the deal sweet and we agreed. And it snowed that day as well, just in tiume management.

"Keep Their Promise"

I was in for an oil change and was promise that if I took the 7:30 am appointment that they would get me back on the road by 8:00 am at the latest and I would not need the shuttle service. They kept their promise!

"Excellent!"

I've never used the online scheduling feature for scheduling service. It was very easy. I received a call within 24 hours confirming my appointment and what I wanted done. I received a call when it was finished and a thorough explanation of the inspection results. I highly recommend the service team!

"Regular oil change & antifreeze check"

I was able to get an appointment for an overdue oil change within a week. They did my two requests, & checked my tire pressure. Always pleasant, fully explain what they did, including a general check on all systems & ask if I had any questions. I switched to a Honda & to this dealership due to unhappy experience s with another dealership in town. Am very pleased with Honda service.
