Accomodating for recall on air bag for Acura. Return trip for rattle in dash. Rattle still in dash after removal of wire ties. Never had a rattle before.

"Only place in Cedar Rapids. "

I love my Honda. This is the only dealer in the area and while they have a Captive audience, they do a good job. They are friendly and receptive but could use more attention to detail. Otherwise I recommend them.

"Accommodating, Friendly, Knowledgable,"

I"m new to the area and stopped at the Honda dealership in Cedar Rapids after acquiring my new license plates. I needed someone to put them on for me. They were able to fit me in without an appointment to put on my plates. When doing so they found a puncture in my tire and fixed for me.The guys showed me superior customer service. I will be taking my CRV to them for any repairs and maintenance I have in the future.

I’ve been driving Hondas from Randy Kuehl since 1992, and have consistently received great service from them. They are ready for me at the appointed time, provide shuttle service if I don’t want to wait for my car, and have the car ready when they say they will. They explain my options clearly when I need more than a regular service appointment. They treat their customers with respect.

This was my first service visit at Honda. Sincere thanks to all for a great experience and to Mason for remembering me and helping. I won't hesitate to have Honda service my Ridgeline in the future.

Worked with Breck on buying my car and it was a pretty smooth process, he was easy to deal with and not high pressure at all! I had to take my car in yesterday and was pretty cranky about it but Chris in back in the service area got me all taken care of. Even got me in and out within a half day. Pretty good considering I was just a drop in and right before the holiday weekend so I'm sure they were pretty backed up!
