"Fast and friendly!"

I stopped in for my scheduled first oil change. I got to service desk, was promptly greeted by Service advisor, got checked in and mileage in about four minutes. Left with my wife and received text that car was done about thirty five minutes later, just as promised. Checked in with service, David took me over to cashier so I could take care of payment. Fast and friendly 😊.

"Oil change and more"

I came in for an oil change but they noticed that I had a part up for recall. The scheduled me for a replacement on the same day and instantly had a loner car for me to use while they spend extra time swapping the recalled part. Will definitely be coming back.

The staff was very transparent with the service needed and fair in providing estimates on prices. They even worked in an oil change that was not originally scheduled with the service.

"Efficient and Cost Effective"

I was pleased with how quickly I got in and out. I needed a new high beam bulb and an oil change. I felt the price was fair and the service was professional. The review of my car's condition was honest, did't feel they were trying to sell me anything, just inform me of tire wear and how much tire life was left.

"2017 Honda Pilot Warranty Repairs"

Had to bring our 2017 Pilot in for warranty repair. We were provide a loaner while parts were ordered, and we were kept apprised of the repair progress daily. Parts were expedited and the vehicle was returned in just a few days. Special thanks to Ray for helping out with the shuttle service when the regular guy was booked. It service like this that keeps us coming back!

"Faster than expected"

I brought my Honda Civic in for an air-bag recall, and they estimated that it would take about 2 hours. An hour later, they handed me back my keys and sent me on my way. The service department is very friendly and do a great job of communicating during the complete process of your car's repair. I don't bring my Honda into this Honda shop for Honda sake, but for the people!
