Steve Noehl, our salesman, was great... no swooping down like a vulture when we stepped out of the car to start looking, no high pressure sales pitch, and no hounding for contact information after the initi like a vulture when we stepped out of the car to start looking, no high pressure sales pitch, and no hounding for contact information after the initial looking and test driving. He did make the initial contact after we looked around for a couple minutes as expected - but it was a more friendly approach vs. in your face. He was very information, but not "overselling" and did well in back with our wound-up kids in the back during the test drives. We stopped back a little later the same day after making our choice for a second test drive and then made the purchase. The second test drive and purchase all together took about 2 hrs from arriving to driving our new car off the lot... not too bad in my past experience. Breck Calame was nice to work with for the financing and paperwork end of things, straightforward and nice to work with... got us good financing terms working the banks to compete against one another. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and we purchased our vehical at a fair price. More
