A technician removes the filter and if dirty shows it to the customer and reco My only concern or question is the cost on an air filter installation. A technician removes the filter and if dirty shows it to the customer and recommends a new one if needed, at $102 installation is fairly pricey since if the customer says no then the dirty filter is reinstalled. It took me 10 minutes to change it myself, so the flat rate charge is a little much, had the service writer said the cost of the filter and $10 installation, then it would of been worth having the tech change it out. 10% of something is better then 10% of nothing. No worries though because the normal device is fine More
