Worst buying experience I ever had. They tried to rip me off on financing by adding 3 pct pct on a rate i qualified for and was told i was getting. The car was not ready when i went to They tried to rip me off on financing by adding 3 pct pct on a rate i qualified for and was told i was getting. The car was not ready when i went to pick it up. It took 10 days to get the car after paying for it. The tires were supposed to be replaced and were not. I payed over 800.00 for certified. The salesman told me they were replaced and were not. That was my one concern when looked at the car. My bad for not noticing. Rhonda in customer service promjsed me a gas card for inconvenience and the fact rental and new car had gas light on. Never received it. Had mechanic check out car was not serviced as promised. Car is a 2020 nissan rogue. More
