We bought the extended warranty when we purchased our dodge Durango a few months back, and at 3100 miles it started jerking like it was out of gas or had lost power. We were able to get it home and then dodge Durango a few months back, and at 3100 miles it started jerking like it was out of gas or had lost power. We were able to get it home and then schedule an appointment to have it checked out. When we got to the dealership, we were told they had to make sure whatever was wrong was covered under the warranty before they could get us a rental car. Then ended up having to get a rental from Enterprise car rental, had to be taken to pick up a rental car after waiting about 45 minutes. For a dealership as big as Randy Marion I would think you would have courtesy cars available for your customers. I was told by the dealership that I would have to pay a refundable $25 deposit to rent the car from Enterprise, and then when I got there it was a $50 deposit, that I still haven't gotten back yet. When I went to pick up my car, the service associate didn't tell me what that had found wrong with my car, I had to ask. More
