The infotainment screen didn't want to power up on my brand new Compass. I decided to take it to Randy Marion CDJR because they had the best reviews in the area, and I'm glad I did. The 5 months old Jee brand new Compass. I decided to take it to Randy Marion CDJR because they had the best reviews in the area, and I'm glad I did. The 5 months old Jeep ended up needing an ETM module, which took almost 10 days to arrive. Justin, the service advisor, was helpful getting me an appointment that worked with my schedule and arranging a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. And even though they had to take half of the dash apart, I didn't find any scratches or damage. I did find a screw laying on the floor that wasn't put back where it came from. Overall, it was a great experience. More
