Let's start on how personable everyone in this dealership is. I entered before my appointment and was taken and processed smoothly. I always refer to them to know what might be necessary as they are the ex is. I entered before my appointment and was taken and processed smoothly. I always refer to them to know what might be necessary as they are the experts. This time I got an inspection but was advised why nothing else was required and when I should come back again. The waiting area is so clean and presentable with a selection of water, coffee, and snacks to ensure those waiting are comfortable. Noone passed me that didn't say Good Morning, do you need anything...really where else does this happen. Kudos to all the staff and a special shout out to Tom More

It took 3 visits and a couple of months to fix the problem. The first time, they didn't find anything. The second time they did a more thorough diagnosis and found a problem, but the part needed was problem. The first time, they didn't find anything. The second time they did a more thorough diagnosis and found a problem, but the part needed was on back order. It eventually came in and the repair is now (hopefully) complete. Kathryn was very helpful, but the whole process was too long, and we destroyed a new battery along the way. More
