It took 3 visits and a couple of months to fix the problem. The first time, they didn't find anything. The second time they did a more thorough diagnosis and found a problem, but the part needed was problem. The first time, they didn't find anything. Kathryn was very helpful, but the whole process was too long, and we destroyed a new battery along the way. More

Always clean, kept me well informed on progress, comfortable waiting area with water and snacks available.
