Car was making noise on the passenger rear end. Took the car to Randy Marion and the problem was resolved in about an hour. Very pleased with Mark Wilburn and the dealership. We had our oil change and tire rotation however, one of the subaru tire valve stem caps (SOA342L168) is missing when we went home. We tried to ask but the staff said they put it back but it's impossible to the subaru tire valve stem caps (SOA342L168) is missing when we went home. We tried to ask but the staff said they put it back but it's impossible to loose it not unless if they weren't able to put it back. Update: Jarret from service is excellent! He immediately replaced the missing tire valve stem cap. Thank you!! More

I live in Hendersonville but come to the Mooresville, NC dealership to purchase new vehicles as well as most service visits. Tom Gilbert Service Consultant was so helpful and took care of getting the items dealership to purchase new vehicles as well as most service visits. Tom Gilbert Service Consultant was so helpful and took care of getting the items resolved during the last Service visits and Keely Murphy in F&I has always steered me in the right direction. I recently met with Kimmie who drove my vehicle back & forth to Charlotte for a seat repair..She too was so nice to speak with and get the rest of the tasks completed. Randy Marion hires and retains great employees! More
