The team at the service department are wonderful. They informed me in regards to what was being found, recommendations, and how long things would take. However, I can't give five stars because there is a fee for credit card transactions. I would imagine invoices through the service department are quite high and to add on this fee when a credit card may be the only option for some people. Also, it comes across poorly for such a large company with multiple dealerships/service departments to do this. More

I was traveling alone from WV to SC when my Subaru broke down. It was late in the day on a Thursday before a holiday weekend. I was very distraught. They worked me in without hesitation to look at my car an down. It was late in the day on a Thursday before a holiday weekend. I was very distraught. They worked me in without hesitation to look at my car and concluded a problem with the transmission. They had completed my repair in time for my return trip back home. I can’t say enough how much this meant to me. They could have easily said they were booked and not able to look at or repair my car. Which was exactly what I encountered with a dealership I stopped at before Randy Marion Subaru. I was actually laughed at and told they couldn’t even look at my car for 2weeks at this other dealership. Randy Marion employees all treated me with compassion, respect and true professionalism. A special shout-out and THANK YOU to Tom Gilbert and Hailey McCann as well as the mechanics who got me back on the road. More

That there was no loaner available, and I should have called to confirm. When I asked why I received a confirmation online, I was told there was nothing he could do about that. He did offer to get a shuttle driver for me, "if he could find one". I eventually waited in the lobby while the service was performed. I suppose that was so Jarrett could try to sell me a set of tires while I waited. I have had every service and every oil changed at the dealership since I purchased my outback from the same dealership, never has anyone been as rude and unhelpful as Jarrett. I doubt I will ever return. More
