Bad Experience - Good Outcome I purchased a vehicle that was only 2 years old with a certified warranty - had some issues with it (that was NO fault of the dealer) They were unabl I purchased a vehicle that was only 2 years old with a certified warranty - had some issues with it (that was NO fault of the dealer) They were unable to find the problem after a few attempts and 2 weeks later, and put me into a different vehicle. I believe at any other dealer this would have turned out to be an extremely terrible situation with alot of angry people. They were very accommodating and treated me like a valued customer! I will DEFINITELY recommend Randy Wise! This was my second vehicle purchased from them and will certainly make them my first choice when making another purchase!! The used Car Branch of Randy Wise of Fenton is very devious. It has been a long time since I purchased a Used Car And now I remember why . As good as the Service Department was it did not off set the xxxxxx of the Used Car Department. Nothing is never said of the car's discrepancies, cracked windshield at the wiper level, tires marginal (I asked about the tires & the Sales Rep, Katie stated "When the Service Department checks it out they will make the determination. Well I guess 3,000 miles left on the tires before they are considered UNSAFE is acceptable to Randy Wise Buick GMC in Fenton. So after having to fix my windshield & replacing my tires for $1,200.00, I now have a vehicle that is safe to drive. So Buyers Beware at Randy Wise Buick GMC. More
