My new car purchase journey began on the internet exploring those cars that were fuel efficient. I focused on the Ford Focus, Chevrolet Cruze and Toyota Prius. My wife and I did our "homework" extens exploring those cars that were fuel efficient. I focused on the Ford Focus, Chevrolet Cruze and Toyota Prius. My wife and I did our "homework" extensively on-line and also visited several dealerships. We had decided we preferred the Cruze and visited Randy Wise Chevrolet to get more info and look at cars. Upon our arrival, as we were getting out of our car, we were warmly greeted by Mark Crane. He was friendly and so helpful but NOT AT ALL pushy. You good see that he really just wanted to be accommodating and to assist us as might be necessary. Mark is sincere and honest and really created a comfortable feeling that made my wife feel relaxed and unhurried. After helping us select a car he put the "frosting on the cake" by hooking us up with Kim Gatz (the Business Manager) who saved us $793 on financing costs compared to the financing we already had lined up through our credit union and a bank. Friendly, courteous, great car, good deal, money saved.... Randy Wise is my Dealer and Mark is "The Man" (Mark Crane)!!!! More
