Body Shop Repair - Nick Alexander I was in an accident in a different state, driving home to MI. As soon as I got there, Nick had a rental ready for me and made the process extremely e I was in an accident in a different state, driving home to MI. As soon as I got there, Nick had a rental ready for me and made the process extremely easy. I never had to worry about anything. This was my first ever accident and repair, so I had no idea what I was doing. He kept me up to date on my vehicle and even personally cleaned out the shamrock shake that had spilt in my shifter. He went above and beyond for my husband and we are forever thankful! My car looks brand new and only took about a week and a half! Good Internet price Took the three hour trip north on a Saturday to visually inspect a used truck I saw on the Internet in my wife's SUV. During the test drive I got the oil changed in her SUV. The service department not only change the oil but washed it for me too, nice touch. Returned on Monday to make the purchase with a set of new tires that were needed for the truck. During the paperwork the tires were mounted and balanced at no charge. The Internet price was about $200 below wholesale according to a good friend in the business I know locally, so the tire replacement I had to endure was no big deal. Dealing with used car salesman isn't my favorite thing to do, but my salesman Tim was helpful and friendly and the process was painless, I would buy again from Randy Wise Chevrolet. More
