Very amature sales team. Made a deal on price and then they tried to change the deal. Said they would email the documents, then they sent information for other customers. DO NOT BUY FROM RANGE ROVER PASADENA – WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I’ve purchased vehicles before, but this was by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I bought a car from Range Rover Pasadena, EVER I’ve purchased vehicles before, but this was by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I bought a car from Range Rover Pasadena, and it took them five months to send me the title and plates. For five months, I was paying for a car that just sat in my driveway because I couldn’t legally drive it. Absolutely unacceptable. The finance manager, Carlos, is completely incompetent and unresponsive. He ignored my emails and made zero effort to help resolve the situation. The sales manager, David, straight-up lied to me, promising to send me a reimbursement check for the time I couldn’t use the car. That check never came. He made a promise and never followed through—dishonest and unprofessional. At this point, I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint with Land Rover USA, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the DMV for their failure to handle something as basic as title and registration in a timely manner. This dealership should be held accountable for the frustration, wasted time, and financial burden they caused me. I honestly don’t know how Carlos and David still have jobs when they treat customers like this. If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY FAR AWAY from Range Rover Pasadena. I regret ever doing business with them. More

Horrible customer service. They kept my car for about a month and still couldn’t fix my car right. And return my car with scratches. Clayton in service customer communication skills is really bad. I had to repeat the issues to him over and over every time I called. I’m never ever taking my car back here! More
