Sales techniques were very shady & sneaky. Sales person insisted I stay late to finish up deal even though I told her I was very tired & wanted to take delivery on Wed. Agreed upon sales price was wrong on financing paperwork & she couldn’t produce the final paper with the agreed upon sales price. I am considering reporting them to the AG / CFPB. Called manager to complain. His response was “they were there to sell cars” & he’d look into it & call me back, but never did. More

Was sold a 2020 pilot in August. It had just reached 5,000 miles when it broke down in the middle of Wisconsin. Turns out it was sold to us with very little oil in it.
