I had a great experience at Rapids Honda. We stopped in for a test drive of a used Honda Accord. Kristina brought us an LX, Sport, EX, and EX-L so we could see and experience the differences. After test driving a couple we landed on the Sport due to the flashy look and performance. After talking to Kristina we also looked at some new 2019s. We ended up taking a 2018 EX-L home for the night and loved driving it. The 2.0L was super powerful. Probably more than my wallet needs. I had previously been working with Jolene online so I reached out to her to find out the best price she could get me for the new 2019 Accord Sport that we test drove. She came back with a GREAT price. I reached out to Kristina in the morning with the quote and the next day we closed on the car over lunch. Kevin was GREAT to work with, he let us sit in the lobby while he prepared all the paperwork and quickly walked us through it all. I was impressed with how quickly they got us through the process. I did think they were a little pushy on the extras and they were quite overpriced on those things. The tinting was about more than double what I would pay elsewhere and it was similar most things they offered. More

The salesman Adam worked very hard for our business. He showed us several cars that were in our buget, but they weren't right for us. He then ended up showing us a car well over our price point, and of cou showed us several cars that were in our buget, but they weren't right for us. He then ended up showing us a car well over our price point, and of course we fell in love with it. He keep coming back to us with a lower monthly payment until we said yes, but what we didn't understand was they included 4 packages into the monthly price - rustproofing, auto butler, diamon fusion, and the all service pro pack. We agred to the first three (without being told the price of them), but said we didn't want the pro pack. It was late when we signed all the papers, (and shame on us, we didn't take the time to thorough go thru the paperwork until the next day), low and behold, they included the $995 pro pack, and the other service were $399, $799, and $999. Had we known the prices UP FRONT, we would not have agreed to any of them. We live an hour away, and now have to drive 2 hrs round trip every 6 months to get what we paid for. Plus, the batteries died 4 days after we bought the car, but at least they put a new battery in it for free. We won't buy another car from them, as we felt a little duped. More
