Great experience at Ray Catena - thanks Matt Seuffert I have been looking to buy a car for a number of months and to be honest was dreading the experience. I never appreciate sitting at the desk for hour I have been looking to buy a car for a number of months and to be honest was dreading the experience. I never appreciate sitting at the desk for hours at a time while watching the salesperson joke around with the manager about who knows what. When I walked in to Ray Catena and asked for sales person I was assigned Matt Seuffert. He was not only sincere but was extremely knowledgeable about the car. I appreciated how he went over the entire car with me without ever pressing me to buy the car. After the test drive I went over numbers with him and then the manager Rich Majewski. There was no pressure to buy the car. They sat down and went through all the numbers with me and when I had questions about servicing and told Rich about some bad experiences I have had at other dealers (not Ray Catena) he actually game me his cell phone number and told me to call him at any time. I ended up buying the car that day. It was a great experience and I appreciate the way they do business at Ray Catena Audi. More
