While I had imagined a torturous array of schemes designed to pressure me into something I didn't want, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I experienced a salesman focused on precisely what I wanted and eager to find the car that met my specifications. My initial contact with Audi Specialist, Philip Orapello was through an Audi web search. Philip's initial email was directly aimed at my requested information, even including various potential automobiles. The second email I received was very courteous, without pressure, asking a little more information to help him understand my time frame and re: purchase vs lease (even though I hadn't responded to his first email). After looking around, I telephoned Philip to set up a meeting. Philip guided me through all the necessary information, test drive and answered all questions/concerns. I was most impressed with his eye contact during the paperwork process. Philip was always certain to pause to make sure everything was clear and understood. His professionalism and expertise made the entire purchase process a pleasure. He is committed to making himself available to answer any future questions I have in regard to the vehicle, as well as offer assistance for service scheduling. I'm happy to now be the owner of my first Audi and will most certainly return when the time is due. I would highly recommend Ray Catena Audi of Freehold and certainly Philip Orapello. More

My goal was to purchase a fine German automobile with a manual transmission and a clutch which has become very difficult these days. After doing research I had settled on the Audi S4. I walked into the new Ray Catena dealership in Freehold and was very impressed. I first me with Steve the business manager who was very professional. I told him exactly what I wanted. He introduced me to a young salesman Matt Seuffert. We sat down to discuss the car. Within 10 minutes Steve and Matt had a price for me on what I wanted. 10 seconds later the deal was done and hand shakes exchanged. There was no haggle necessary. Steve & Matt delivered what I wanted and then some. I will be expecting a phone call from Matt as soon as the Audi S7 Sport back becomes available in America with manual transmission. I met with Matthew Seuffert to discuss purchasing an Audi A3. He was readily available to answer all of my questions, even after I left the dealership. Matt came in to work on a day he was off, in the middle of a snowstorm, simply because the timing was convenient for me. That is truly what sold me on not only buying the A3, but buying from Matt and Ray Catena. When I picked up my brand new car I was greeted with congratulatory remarks from the entire staff. This put a smile on my face from ear to ear. Ray Catena concentrates on every detail, even down to Matt presenting me with a giffbag of items thanking me for my purchase. Matt followed up with me that day to make sure my new car was exactly what I wanted. I am confident that Matt would be there to answer any questions I had in the future involving the car, which is extremely comforting. I was even extremely impressed by the kindness I received while bringing my car in for its first car wash! The gentlemen took care of everything with smiles on their faces.
