I was attended to immediately, the work was done as promised and I actually received a phone call to advise me my car was ready. When I returned the spotless loaner I was given and once again attended to immediately I was escorted to my car. It was returned to me in such pristine condition I had to be sure it was mine, it was a clean as when delivered as a new car. I even received a phone call the next morning asking if I was satisfied with my service experience. I can't say enough about my service advisor Michael and most of all Chris the service manager. From the moment you enter the enclosed service department you know you are in a first class operation. (in the past I had to park out in a lot , many times in the rain and walk into a small service area to service my A8). You are greeted by a service member who will direct you to a service desk where you are taken care of without a wait. The write up process was painless and I was provided with a A8 loaner. Service manager Chris Gioffre made sure I was satisfied and taken care of properly throughout my service experience. My car was returned to me washed, serviced and repaired perfectly.
