The level of customer service is amazing compared to my past Audi service visits at other locations. From the moment you enter the enclosed service department you know you are in a first class operation. (in the past I had to park out in a lot , many times in the rain and walk into a small service area to service my A8). You are greeted by a service member who will direct you to a service desk where you are taken care of without a wait. The write up process was painless and I was provided with a A8 loaner. Service manager Chris Gioffre made sure I was satisfied and taken care of properly throughout my service experience. My car was returned to me washed, serviced and repaired perfectly. I was so impressed by the dealership that I decided to purchase my next car from Ray Catena. More

Beautiful facility drew me in...salesman won me over i stopped in to the dealership to see what it was all about since it just opened. When we got back to the sales floor we looked at my favorite, the s5. Alex knew all about it, not surprising. What was surprising was how he asked questions to make sure this was the right choice for me rather than rattle on about specs. We did discuss numbers, though I was very straightforward that I wasn't buying that day. I was sincerely impressed with how Alex handled that. It didn't change his demeanor or style one bit. I will be going to him in a few months when I am ready to purchase. I highly recommend anyone else do the same. More

I had the pleasure of working with Phil Orapello and he was hands down the best salesman The phrase "amazing experience" is a complete understatement. I had the pleasure of working with Phil Orapello and he was hands down the best salesman Ive dealt with. He went beyond above and over top for me, he knew straight from the start what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, and never once tried to waste my time, or money, never tried to rip me off, or hassle and lie to me like a lot of these car dealerships have. He also was extremely knowlegable on my Q5 I was looking at, and as I said before, went above and beyond to make sure that I was more than satisfied with not only my purchase, but the whole car buying experience, including personally delivering my Q5 to my house when I got tied up in traffic on the night I was supposed to pickup my car from the dealership. I don't ever plan on shopping anywhere else but Audi Freehold, and even though I have heard nothing but good things on the other sales people, I plan on never seeing anyone else but Phil, and would highly recommend the same for anyone else.
