I had already made up my mind to purchase from another dealership, but Dmitri was so knowledgable and responsive via phone, email and text - I reconsidered Audi Freehold's options. When we finally arrived to Audi Freehold, we were kindly greeted by reception. The young lady walked from around from behind the counter/desk to welcome me, and quickly located Dmitri. Dmitri knew we were on a time crunch, so had the keys for the vehicle we wanted to test drive ready. He gave just enough information without overwhelming us with details and standard sales jargon that turns me off. He was very knowledgable about the SQ5 both, 2018 and 2019 models. Walking around the showroom numerous times over the past few months, trying to decide which vehicle I would lease, raised numerous questions. Not criticizing the competition, I visited and drove other nearby dealerships as well. This dealership is amazing. At Ray Catena Audi Freehold, there was never a push to do anything. A totally relaxing and enjoyable experience. The majority of my questions, and there were many, were asked to my salesperson, Joe Fattorusso. Although Joe is the salesperson I worked with, there was no push to sell. A gentleman who is wonderful to work with. Extremely knowledgeable of the Audi vehicles. When Joe was busy with clients, I would speak with Denis Carey, Steve Raducha and the General Manager Rich Majewski. I know these amazing people as this is the 3rd vehicle I've leased though them. I've also asked Joe Miller, their Service Manager questions as well, and Joe was always happy to speak with me. When I finally made my decision on the A6, an extremely fair deal was presented to me, we shook hands and agreed for the car to be ready for me on Saturday morning. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle on Saturday, it was sitting at the far end of the building, in pristine condition, awaiting to be taken home. The overall experience is amazing. Rich Majewski is amazing. His staff is amazing. Oh by the way, did I say that my experience was amazing? If you haven't visited Ray Catena Audi in Freehold, I believe it will be time well spent.
