He listened to what I needed, and who I was in terms of personality (e.g. I do my research; was testing multiple cars including MB, Audi etc). He put no pressure whatsoever and I really appreciated that. And he then executed a no-nonsense deal over the phone and in person, that was great value, fair to both sides, and just felt GREAT! I know because I called 5+ dealers to benchmark price, features, availability etc. Bottom line is: you can trust Ronnie, he will listen to you, you will get a good deal, and you will leave having enjoyed the car buying experience. Waste of a trip I initially came here to see about purchasing a new QX60. The salesman Roy Salyer whom I had conversations with via email seemed annoyed that I wante I initially came here to see about purchasing a new QX60. The salesman Roy Salyer whom I had conversations with via email seemed annoyed that I wanted to trade another vehicle. He made no attempt to see if there was anything he could do. Simply told me that the bank I was currently leasing through does not like working with other dealerships. Told me it would be pointless because the payments would be very high. Roy also advised me if I wasn't ready to buy that day it was pointless (I guess wasting his time). I left the dealership and went to Ray Catena in Edison where I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I was able to trade my vehicle and purchase the new QX60 in a short amount of time. No hassle at all. I will definitely be going to Ray Catena in Edison going forward. More

Best Experience to Date I was in the market for a sports sedan. I looked at several different brands. The Q50 spoke for itself, but so did Ray Catena and my sales person Jeff I was in the market for a sports sedan. I looked at several different brands.
