Waste of a trip I initially came here to see about purchasing a new QX60. The salesman Roy Salyer whom I had conversations with via email seemed annoyed that I wante I initially came here to see about purchasing a new QX60. The salesman Roy Salyer whom I had conversations with via email seemed annoyed that I wanted to trade another vehicle. He made no attempt to see if there was anything he could do. Simply told me that the bank I was currently leasing through does not like working with other dealerships. Told me it would be pointless because the payments would be very high. Roy also advised me if I wasn't ready to buy that day it was pointless (I guess wasting his time). I left the dealership and went to Ray Catena in Edison where I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I was able to trade my vehicle and purchase the new QX60 in a short amount of time. No hassle at all. I will definitely be going to Ray Catena in Edison going forward. More
