I was clearly told what needed attention and what didn’t—yet somehow, a critical brake line issue was completely missed. Not mentioned, not flagged, not even hinted at. Shortly after, while driving, my brake line failed. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience—it was a life-threatening situation that could have ended in a catastrophic accident. The fact that something this serious was overlooked is beyond unacceptable. What’s worse is the response from management. Instead of accountability, concern, or even basic customer care, I was met with excuses. I was told that a high-pressure line “wouldn’t last 1400 miles without signs,” essentially dismissing my experience altogether. No apology. No willingness to reinspect the vehicle. Not even an offer to bring it in for peace of mind. I paid for a professional inspection expecting safety and reliability. What I got was negligence and a complete lack of responsibility when it mattered most. If you value your safety, your vehicle, and basic customer respect—take your business elsewhere. More

I recently went in for an oil change and multi-point inspection for my Jaguar at the Edison Ray Catena Service Center, and from the moment I arrived, I was greeted and escorted to the customer lounge by inspection for my Jaguar at the Edison Ray Catena Service Center, and from the moment I arrived, I was greeted and escorted to the customer lounge by the friendly staff. Within about 5 minutes, I was called to meet my service advisor, Neshawna Thomas. I believe Neshawna is relatively new to the service department, as I haven't seen her before, and I was glad to have her as my advisor. Neshawna was knowledgeable, approachable, and most importantly, respectful of my needs. I was offered additional full-service options, but I declined, and Neshawna respected my decision without pushing me, which I truly appreciated. In the past, I've had service advisors who were overly aggressive or arrogant, so this was a refreshing change. While waiting, I noticed some construction going on in the lounge area. It was a bit noisy, but it’s understandable, and it didn’t bother me much. The total time I waited was about 1.5 hours, which wasn’t bad at all, especially with the great customer lounge that made the wait more comfortable. After the service, Neshawna explained what had been done and even mentioned that they sent a video of my car showing the service process and the recommended repairs. This was a great touch, as it gave me a clear view of what was happening to my car. Although I declined the additional recommended services, Neshawna didn’t push me and respected my decision. She also checked in to make sure I was comfortable in the waiting area and informed me that my car would be ready in about 10 to 15 minutes. When it was time to pay, I was greeted by another friendly staff member, and we even shared a laugh. Thanks to Neshawna, I finally had a positive service experience. I honestly believe she’s a great addition to the Edison Ray Catena Service Center team. I usually dread visiting this location due to past experiences with arrogant staff, but this time was different. It’s clear they’re listening to customer feedback. For the last 3 plus years I have had nothing but disappointment from the service department. I would never return or recommend them to anyone. I sent my vehicle on August 16th for servicing. Keith, my service advisor called me later that day and told me that it will take 2 to 3 days for their technician to take care of the problem. I sent an email to Keith 5 days later and no response. I called later that day and spoke to Carlos and he told me that he will pass on my message to Keith the following day. At the end of the following day I had received no message or call back so I called again and spoke to Keith. This was exactly 7 Days later. Nobody had even touched my vehicle till then and I was told that it'll take another 2 to 3 days before anybody will even look at my vehicle. I have dealt with Ray Catena Mercedes for the last 20 years and I have purchased six different vehicles from them and done my services over there without any problems all these years. This is horrible experience with Ray Catena Jaguar service department and I would not recommend them at all. There are several other better options for servicing. I will be picking up my vehicle tomorrow and take it somewhere else. I will be definitely sending my opinions to the Jaguar headquarters as well. More
