Excellent service We went to Ray Catena just to look at a car, not to buy one. But everyone was so accommodating, respectful, professional and efficient... They ended We went to Ray Catena just to look at a car, not to buy one. But everyone was so accommodating, respectful, professional and efficient... They ended up locating exactly the car we wanted (a new model Evoque convertible) coming in from the port, and we ended up purchasing the car on that day. We got a fair value for our trade-in, and we got exactly what we wanted in the new car (and we were not pressured to compromise on a model that was on the lot.
