James Mull (Jim) was able to get us the vehicle we wanted, complete all the paperwork online and we were able to pick it up the following morning, also returning our leased Mercedes ending in a few days. Personal touch I schedule an appointment with Michael Lipani. I was greeted with a warm smile. It was my father birthday and the time to take him to dinner was appro I schedule an appointment with Michael Lipani. I was greeted with a warm smile. It was my father birthday and the time to take him to dinner was approaching fast. Michael had one of the young gentlemen escort my father my son and myself to a dine in movie. Once we complete the movie the same gentlemen escorted us back to the dealership to complete the transaction. I worked with Michael and Dan Wong. I felt with my Range Rover Evoque. I traded in my car however after thinking about the trade in. I returned to the dealership the next day. Michael unfortunately had a doctor appointment and Dan had the day off. I was directed to Craig Sirota I explained to him that I didnot want to trade my car and I wanted to increase the mileage on the lease. Craig worked with me to remove the car. Increase my mileage with a lower payment. I was on my way to work and the dealership allowed me to leave the trade in for 24 hours wash the car and allow my daughter to pick up the other car . Wonderful service, wonderful experience. I am a life time customer. If you are looking for a great team to take personal care Ray Catena in Edison is the place to go.
